Why are prices in US dollars?
So you can compare without converting. Each price is our India site's price divided by the site's own rate of 97 rupees to the dollar and rounded up to the whole dollar — arrival help starts at $33 per traveller.
In which currency is my card charged?
Charged in Indian rupees at checkout; your card converts. Taxes included. Your bank's own exchange rate decides the final amount on your statement, so it can differ slightly from the dollar figure.
Who runs the Africa Desk?
Elite World Services Ltd, an Indian company in New Delhi, which runs AirportPorterService. Our team works from New Delhi. We have no office or company in Africa.
How do I reach you?

Which airports do you cover?
20 Indian airports can be booked online today, out of 67 airports in our network across India. For an airport that is not bookable online, message us.
Do you provide medical care or an ambulance?
No. Our team are airport escorts. For oxygen, a stretcher, a medical escort or an ambulance, the airline and the hospital arrange it.
Can you get me through immigration faster?
Immigration is run by India's officers and they decide how long it takes. At some airports the service includes the fast-track immigration lane on international flights; where it does, the airport's own list on the booking page says so.
Do you arrange visas or hospital appointments?
No. Apply for an Indian visa only on the official site, indianvisaonline.gov.in (e-Visa eligibility checked 15 Oct 2026). Hospitals arrange their own appointments.
Do children pay?
Children under 5 travel complimentary with a paying traveller — add them to the booking with their age.
What if my plans change?
One rescheduling per booking is free when requested at least 24 hours before the service. A cancellation or amendment with less than 24 hours' notice is treated as a No-Show. The full terms are on our terms page.
