The walk ends at the kerb: the hospital's own car, your family's car or your driver. Our host carries the bags out with you and stays until the patient and the attendant are in the car.

Before you fly
Visa for treatment
India issues a medical visa for the patient and a medical attendant visa for up to two companions. Kenyan, Tanzanian and Ugandan passports can apply online for the e-Medical and e-Medical Attendant visas; Nigerian, Ethiopian and Somali passports apply through an Indian mission (checked 15 Oct 2026). Apply only on the official site: indianvisaonline.gov.in.

Questions
Can the attendant come with the patient?
Yes. Book one place per traveller — the patient and each attendant. India has a separate medical attendant visa (e-Medical Attendant where the e-Visa is open to your passport).
Does the hospital not send a car already?
Many hospitals send a car to the airport. The car waits outside the terminal; we cover the part before it — from the meeting point inside the airport to that car.
What if the flight is late or lands at night?
Book with your flight number. Our desk is staffed 24 hours a day — if your flight is delayed or changed, message us on WhatsApp.
Do you work with a particular hospital?
No. We are not a hospital's agent and we do not recommend hospitals. We hand the patient over to whichever hospital's car or family car is waiting.
We do not provide medical care.
Our team are airport escorts — not nurses, doctors or paramedics. For oxygen, a stretcher or a medical escort, ask your airline and your hospital.
