How the Africa Desk uses your details
Who we are
The AirportPorterService Africa Desk is run by Elite World Services Limited, a company incorporated in India, in New Delhi. We have no office or company in Africa.
What we collect
What you type into a form or send us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email, flight, airport, date, the number of travellers, whether a wheelchair is needed and, for a hospital desk's request, the patient's name and attendants. We ask for no medical records — please do not send them.
Why
Only to answer you, to arrange the airport service you ask for and to send you its confirmation. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Our team in New Delhi, and the airport service team at the Indian airport that delivers your service — only what they need to meet you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
Where it is kept
On our systems in India.
