The airline's wheelchair
Free. Ask for it when you book the ticket. An airport or airline attendant pushes the chair — usually from the aircraft to the baggage hall or the exit, and they may be serving several passengers.
Our escort
A host booked for you alone, who meets you at the airport's meeting point, stays with you and your bags through the arrival steps, and walks you to the car. Ask us for a wheelchair too and we arrange one from the airport's own pool.

Do I still ask my airline for a wheelchair?
Yes — it is free and it is the surest way to have a chair at the aircraft door. Tell us as well when you book, and our host takes over from the airport's meeting point.
Who pushes the wheelchair?
Inside the airport, the chair comes from the airport's own pool. Our host stays with the traveller, the bags and the papers until the car.
Is a wheelchair extra?
No. A wheelchair on request is part of the Premium and Elite arrival and departure services. You pay per traveller for the service.
Can you help someone who cannot walk at all?
We are airport escorts, not medical staff. For a stretcher, oxygen or a lift into an ambulance, the airline and the hospital arrange it. We can still look after the attendant and the bags.
